Peacock Assurance was founded by Richard Peacock Assoc CIPD, following 28 years with BT and nearly two decades working in personnel security, security risk and governance.
His experience included ownership and development of BT’s Pre-Employment Checks policy, alongside responsibility for the end-to-end BPSS process and specialist personnel security support to HR and recruitment teams.
That experience now helps smaller organisations understand what BPSS requires, assess how well their arrangements are governed and identify what needs to improve.
